Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been working with Bev for over two years, and it’s hard to put into words how much this experience has changed my life.

I first started life coaching with her as a first-time mom struggling with severe anxiety and the constant feeling that I wasn’t good enough. Over time, Bev helped me work through childhood trauma, recognize my patterns of self-sabotage and people-pleasing, and understand the “why” behind so many of my thoughts and behaviours.

She has a way of asking questions that bring clarity and challenge me to see things differently. She always has thoughtful resources and practical strategies that help me dig deeper and make meaningful changes.

As I head into my 40s, I feel more confident, more grounded, and much more excited about what’s ahead. If you’re considering life coaching or life transition coaching, I’m incredibly grateful I found Bev and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Kelly, thank you so much for sharing your journey so openly. it has been an absolute honour to partner with you over the last few years as your life coach. Watching you navigate the challenges of early motherhood and step into your 40s with such profound confidence and self-awareness has been incredibly inspiring.

I am so glad that my life transition coaching provided practical strategies and a safe space to break free from old patterns. Thank you for recommending my coaching services in Canada to other women navigating major life milestones. I am so grateful to be a part of your story!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Before I started working with Beverly, heading into retirement felt a bit overwhelming and unknown. Her retirement coaching completely changed that for me. Beverly is an amazing listener who always seems to ask the perfect question at just the right moment, which really helped me process all those uncertain feelings. What I appreciated most was her organized approach—she helped me break down my big retirement goals into clear, real-life categories like health and fitness, hobbies, travel, and giving back to the community. I walked away from every single session feeling inspired and with great food for thought. By the time our sessions wrapped up, I felt completely at peace, confident, and genuinely excited to start executing the plans we put together. If you are navigating this or any other major life shift, i would highly recommend reaching out to Beverly.
