Beverly Zhai, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

The short version: I help people through the life transitions nobody prepares you for — divorce, career change, retirement — with clarity, honesty, and a plan.

The longer version: I’ve spent my career in employee experience and leadership development, guiding people through change inside organizations. But the transitions that shape us most happen outside work: a marriage ending, a career identity dissolving, the strange quiet of an empty nest or a last day at the office.

I coach from both sides of that equation — professional training (ICF Associate Certified Coach, MBTI practitioner, background in psychology) alongside lived experience of navigating these exact crossroads myself. That combination is the whole point: structured, evidence-informed coaching from someone who genuinely understands what it feels like.

What you can expect from working with me: straight talk, real empathy, and forward movement. No endless venting, no generic advice — just clear thinking and concrete next steps, at a pace that respects where you are.
